Digital color image of the portrait of Eliza F. Wheaton Strong (1795-1834), wife of Dr. Woodbridge Strong of Boston, painted by Eunice Makepeace Towle, probably after 1834. The original portrait is oil on canvas and found in the Wheaton College Art Collection. Eliza Wheaton Strong was the only surviving daughter of Judge Laban and Fanny Morey. Eliza Wheaton Strongnulls death, in 1834, prompted the founding of Wheaton Female Seminary.
